مدل‌سازی عوامل موثر بر پایداری توسعه اقتصادی روستاهای شهرستان ملکان

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل‌سازی عوامل موثر بر پایداری توسعه اقتصادی در روستاهای شهرستان ملکان انجام شده است.

روش پژوهش: جامعه آماری این مطالعه را کارشناسان، متخصصان، خبرگان و خانوارهای روستایی در سطح شهرستان تشکیل می‌دهند. مشارکت‌کنندگان در مرحله اول پژوهش 28 نفر از کارشناسان، متخصصان و خبرگان بودند که 56 گزاره تحقیق را از نظر اهمیت رتبه‌بندی کردند. در مرحله دوم 481 نفر از روستاهای منتخب به 41 گزاره مرتبط با پایداری اقتصاد روستایی پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کیو تحلیل عاملی در نرم‌افزار SPSS و مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار SMART PLS بهره گرفته شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج مدل اندازه‌گیری بیانگر آن است که بارهای عاملی معرف‌های مشاهده شده، با معرف‌های پنهان خود دارای رابطه معناداری هستند و معرف‌های مشاهده شده به خوبی متغیرهای پنهان خود را اندازه‌گیری نموده‌اند. همچنین، نتایج مدل ساختاری بیان‌گر این موضوع است که شاخص «پایداری اقتصادی روستاهای شهرستان ملکان» با توجه به اینکه بالاتر از مقدار استاندار 0/35 است، دارای مقادیر «قوی» و عامل‌های «آسیب‌پذیری، بهره‌وری و تنوع اقتصادی، اشتغال و زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی و دسترسی به عوامل اقتصادی و تولیدی» با توجه به اینکه بالاتر از مقدار استاندار 0/15 هستند، دارای مقادیر «متوسط» برای تعیین قدرت پیش‌بینی مدل در مورد متغیرهای پنهان درون‌زا می‌باشند.

نتیجه‌گیری: عامل‌های «آسیب‌پذیری، بهره‌وری و تنوع اقتصادی (ثبات و رفاه اقتصادی)»، «اشتغال و زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی (عدالت و رفاه اقتصادی)»، «دسترسی به عوامل اقتصادی و تولیدی (عدالت اقتصادی)» به‌عنوان سه دیدگاه یا الگوی ذهنی در رابطه با مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر پایداری توسعه اقتصادی شناسایی شدند. مقایسه و اعتبارسنجی نهایی حاصل از روش‌های کمّی و کیفی نشان داد «آسیب‌پذیری، بهره‌وری و تنوع اقتصادی (ثبات و رفاه اقتصادی)» به عنوان اصلی‌ترین عامل موثر بر پایداری توسعه اقتصادی مطرح است که متخصصان، خبرگان و افراد جامعه محلی در مورد آن اتفاق نظر دارند.

Modeling the Factors Affecting the Sustainability of Economic Development in the Villages of Malekan County, Using a Mixed Method

چکیده English

Objective: This study aimed to model the factors affecting the sustainability of economic development in the villages of Malekan County.

Methods: The statistical population included experts, specialists, and rural households in the County. In the first stage, 28 professionals evaluated 56 research propositions based on their importance. In the second stage, 481 people from selected villages responded to 41 items related to rural economic sustainability. The data were analyzed using Q-factor analysis in SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SMART PLS software.

Results: The results of the measurement model indicated that the factor loadings of the observed variables were significant and effectively measured their corresponding latent variables. The structural model results revealed that the "economic stability of Malekan County’s villages" had a high predictive power, with an index value exceeding the standard threshold of 0.35, indicating a "strong" effect. Other factors namely, "vulnerability, productivity and economic diversity," "employment and economic infrastructure," and "access to economic and production resources" each scored above 0.15, showing a "moderate" predictive impact on the model's endogenous latent variables.

Conclusions: The findings identified three core factors influencing the sustainability of rural economic development: 1. vulnerability, productivity, and economic diversity (sustainability and economic welfare); 2. employment and economic infrastructure (justice and economic welfare); and 3. access to economic and production resources (economic welfare). Final comparisons and validation between qualitative and quantitative approaches confirmed that the first factor economic vulnerability (productivity and diversity) was the most influential, with consensus from both experts and local community members.
